Deposit for the Cottages is the first night's stay of each week.
Deposit for Vacation Homes is 30% down.
Deposits can be paid with Visa, MC, AMEX or cheque. Credit card number is still required if paying by cheque-see no show policy.
Cottage Deposit of first night's stay will be refunded as follows.
Notification of cancellation:
45 days prior to date of arrival- 100%
30 days prior to date of arrival - 50%
Early departure policy:
Stay will be charged in full.
Home Place: deposit of 30% will be refunded as follows.

Check in for all units after 3 pm and before 8:30. Check for check-in times in early spring and late fall or to arrange a self check-in.
Check out for all units before 11 am.
Occasionally we can accommodate an early check-in. Check with us the night before.
Please let us know if you will be arriving after 8:30 p. m.
In the event of a No-show without any notification the stay will be charged to the credit card on file.
All cottages and vacation homes are non-smoking. Violation of this policy will result in an additional fee to cover additional cleaning costs.
Smoking is permitted on the decks but please consider your neighbours and close windows so smoke doesn't drift into your cottage.
A guest who repeatedly chooses not to co-operate with this policy may be asked to leave. In this case the stay is treated as an early departure and the early departure policy still applies.
Children are welcome. Cribs and cots available. All children must be supervised by an adult or youth over 16 at the pool and in the playground.
Please call and advise us if traveling with a pet. Covers for furniture are available for use during your pet's stay. Dogs must be kept on a leash and either go with the owner or stay in a crate when you go out. If the dog is left alone in the cottage and not in a crate the staff will not go in to change the towels etc. so please ask at the office for fresh towels and garbage bags.
Dreamweavers is a great place for family reunions and team sport travellers as it is small enough to be friendly but big enough to accommodate your needs. Guests in large groups are asked to be extra considerate of the other guests during your stay.
Financial information we need for your booking is only available to Dreamweavers senior staff and is only used for booking purposes. We do not store credit card information in our computer.
Your personal information (name, address, phone number etc.) is only accessable to management and senior staff. We may use your e-mail address to contact you with specials and promotions. Please let us know if you do not want to be contacted this way.
Quiet time at Dreamweavers Cottages and Home Place is 10 pm. We ask that you come inside at that time and turn down TV's, radios etc. Personal visitors are welcome but asked to leave no later than 9 pm.
At Dreamweavers we accept animals but not two legged ones. Although we want our guests to have lots of fun Dreamweavers is not a party property. Disorderly or aggressive behavior is not accepted. A guest who repeatedly chooses not to co-operate with this policy may be asked to leave. In this case the stay is treated as an early departure and the policy still applies.
